I found the staff helpful throughout my stay. the housekeeping team changed the bedsheets daily without even asking, great. the lobby setup created a real resort feeling right in the city. It was very excellent. breakfast was AMAZING!!! i liked the indian and bakery sections. The malaysian flavors tasted authentic.
the room had sensors that automatically turned on all the lights when movement was detected. this was problematic since i couldn't leave the room while my kids were napping without waking them up. the receptionist didn't offer a solution.

the pool area featured two water slides, one designed for children and another for adults. the hotel provided a dedicated kids' club that operated until 9 pm on certain days. families with young children would find these amenities especially appealing.

The valet staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness upon arrival. the chief concierge and his team provided perfect service. multiple team members were proactive and accommodating to guest needs. The staff was top notch.

the staff were friendly. the pool was great for kids. housekeeping and service were also quite good. i appreciated the lounge experience because it really helped beat the morning crowd. the 24 hours gym access was also useful.
the room wasn't very spacious so finding a comfortable small corner for prayer was challenging.
